Set within the historic convent, Le Jardin du Cloître restaurant was a true gastronomic delight.The terrace bar, Le Clos Champenois, was a haven dedicated to Champagne, offering a plethora of vintages to savor by the glass or bottle. The restaurant's team skillfully prepared dishes that paid homage to tradition while incorporating innovative touches, creating a unique dining experience that resonated with the hotel's refined ambiance.Being a history teacher, I appreciated the restaurant's commitment to seasonal ingredients, reminiscent of the classics of French cuisine. The setting, nestled in the heart of the convent, provided a serene backdrop for indulging in exquisite culinary creations.
